Born Broken

I recently celebrated my birthday this month and i’m grateful for the life I live! Each new day is better than the last as a result of the peace/presence of God. Therefore, since the grace stands for all to live beyond this physical realm I was led to share more of the life gifted unto us though born broken. In subject to the fall of man brought upon by our transgression. Which results to death but by no means the destiny of anyone unless they so please. I write to draw your attention to the word of God, the Spirit that lights our inadequacies. Pointing to the insufficiency of man to be righteous on account to self. But on the Word that continuously saves our soul. Lighting every darkness and restoring one to the true life of God!

Disobedient Heart

I grew up going to church and knew the story of Jesus out of religious duties but I had no knowledge of God. Prayed at will and jouryned life according to my own ways. On account of my disobedience I was burdened by my choices and terribly oppressed in mind. Psalm 51:5, “Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me”. I was born broken and the way of sin is death. A life separated from God hence insufficient to perfectly care for all my needs. The entirety of what it truly means to be alive. Beyond the physical things which I relied on and sadly in fact is most pitiful because it can’t save. To stay blind to the ways of God gives the enemy a leverage. Both believers and unbelievers ignorance of the riches purposed in Christ are victims of oppression.

Riches of which I strongly desire to know more of! Not dependent on intellect rather on wisdom and understanding from God. Please, take a few seconds to reflect and i’m certain if you are honest with yourself there is a space govern by hate, envy, anger, fear, despair, imposed limitations, etc. This exercise is not for your shame rather for glory as we hearken to the voice of God who has gifted us in Christ to live a triumph life. Also, the scripture says that God has set eternity in our heart. Hence, the only way to have access to this beautiful life and work of God is through Jesus. The knowledge of him and his ways made known to all. It’s only a secret if you choose to be far from him! An act of disobedience as a result of ignorance and unbelief. Both, I strongly despise.

Heed to Light

But by the divine power of God we overcome all strongholds. Anyone who writes or talks about what they don’t know operates in the dark. However, I have seen his light and I testify of his glorious might in my life. Which is not dependent on what I do but on the immeasurably work of his grace. His kindness towards all men that come to life – Jesus. He unveiled my eyes to understand the spirit of pride which is the fall of man. Pride prevents a heart to turn to God. By so doing rejects understanding to his ways. Aware of my insufficiency to sustain myself I need Jesus. Everyday! If you choose to ignore him you agree to remain bound and oppressed. Blind to know that rejecting the gospel inversely means yes to the power of darkness over a life. For the works of man though helpful can’t save!

“You will indeed hear but never understand, and you will indeed see but never perceive. For this people’s heart has grown dull, and with their ears they can barely hear, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and turn, and I would heal them”

Matthew 13:14-15

When you give your whole heart to God you create space for healing. Through knowledge of him and obedience to his word your life will be transformed. God is in a class all by himself! There is nothing he can’t do and shows himself faithful in my battles. Death is defeated by the power of love purposed in Christ Jesus. To be distance from God is to deny yourself of life since the enemy is relentless to attack our areas of ignorance. This is why one should refuse to stay nonchalant in our pursuit of God. For faith comes by hearing, hearing the word of God. Aligning to his word heals and keeps one from stumbling. Men though born broken have the choice to accept the light that comes from the word or remain exposed.

Life at Last

The depths to the knowledge of God is unsearchable but any heart can be enlighten according to his will. Our job is to be open. For the threshold one personally sets is what they receive! All sufficiency is in Christ. Of which so many testify to the name Jesus. Born into our broken world I know that I can’t live by my ways. However, in Christ I rest in knowledge of his grace to uphold me. Even if I mistakenly take a wrong step he is there to lift my hand. What keeps you back from believing? From accepting to live a rich life beyond the hands of men. A life in partnership with God Almighty. I’m telling you he is more real than looking at our own reflection in a mirror.

Emptiness, unease, and staying miserable knows no boundaries. The riches of the world though not to blame cannot safe. We can have it all as long as it doesn’t have us! When it does it steals our joy and peace of heart. A heart hardened by sin refuses to heed to pure wisdom. Therefore, sin destroys lives already destined for greatness. So, the choice is yours. Listen to God or stay broken? “Thus it is written, the first man Adam became a living being, the last Adam became a life-giving spirit” 1st corinthians 15:45. Personally, I have seen decades of what it means to be subjected under the fall of the first man. However, I write this trembling in fear of the latter Jesus Christ. The life at last of whom I see and has given me in thousand folds more than I lost. HALLELUJAH!
